The Newbury Energy Committee approved its minutes from Feb. 24, 2026; Tom Kidder moved to approve the minutes and David Tansey seconded. Susan Culp abstained and the other committee members voted to approve the motion.
Committee Chair Susan Culp told members she could no longer serve as chair because of other responsibilities and nominated David Tansey to take the role; Evangeline James seconded the nomination and "all approved." The committee adjourned at 6:30 following a motion by Evangeline James and second by David Tansey.
The procedural actions leave the committee with David Tansey as chair and with an updated meeting record. Minutes were submitted by Kathy Damon.
