Director Steven Pereira said the renewed subscription will shift the county's renewal cycle and that the total cost of the renewed subscription is $1,819,295.92, with three annual periods priced at $590,041.92 and a two‑month extension fee of $49,170.16.
Pereira told commissioners that funding for the subscription is allocated in the TS contracted services account and that annual billing will occur July 1. The board voted to adopt the resolution authorizing the award and the subscription term not to exceed 20 years including renewal options.
