Under New Business the board reported it is waiting for responses from partners about extending cooperative agreements; if the other parties agree the township will proceed. Supervisors were given employee job descriptions to review and the board scheduled employee insurance to be discussed at the next meeting.
The supervisors also agreed to continue using Microsoft Teams for remote participation and to ensure any Zoom subscriptions are cancelled. Chairman Mike Helman had added "Zoom vs Teams" to the agenda earlier in the meeting; the minutes record consensus among supervisors to retain Teams but do not show additional technical or procurement steps taken at this session.
