Silver Creek supervisors approve agenda, minutes and disbursements; adjourn after employee review

At its Dec. 3 meeting, the Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors approved a revised agenda (which added ARPA funds and a Zoom-vs.-Teams item), approved Nov. 26 minutes and the list of disbursements, closed for an employee review and later moved to adjourn.
Chairman Mike Helman called the Silver Creek Township Board of Supervisors meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2024. He added two items to the agenda—"ARPA Funds under Maintenance" and "Zoom vs Teams"—before the board voted to approve the agenda.
Supervisor Ryan Nelson moved to approve the revised agenda; Vice Chairman Brandon Geyen seconded and the motion carried, 4-0. Later in the meeting Nelson moved to approve the Nov. 26 meeting minutes; Geyen seconded and the motion carried, 4-0. Geyen then moved to approve the List of Disbursements; Nelson seconded and that motion likewise carried, 4-0.
After conducting routine business the board closed the meeting for an employee review (executive session). Following that session, Vice Chairman Brandon Geyen moved to adjourn; Supervisor Ryan Nelson seconded. The minutes record the motions and that the board carried earlier actions by 4-0; Supervisor Sandy Forsman was recorded as absent in the attendance list.
