Hutto EDC takes executive-session actions: notice of default, property acquisitions, support for Live Oak Extension and property removal

The board approved removal of the house located on EDC-owned property at 11700 Highway 79 in Hutto, Texas, under the terms discussed in executive session, and passed a 0.2 amendment to the option and purchase agreement for Project SQL (Resolution RHEDC-2026-010); both motions passed 5-0.
