Resident asks for update on Red Maple Swamp survey work; staff says contract revision pending

During public comment a resident asked for an update on surveying and the start date for work related to Red Maple Swamp and an associated multi‑use trail. Michael Winkle asked where SLR and Reynolds Engineering stood on the survey and when fieldwork would begin.
Director Kozlikowski replied that staff are finalizing a revised contract with SLR to reflect modifications to their scope; once the contract revision is executed the project team will move forward with planning and design of the multi‑use trail and conservation easement work. Winkle said he appreciated commissioners’ decision on the cannabis zoning item and thanked them for their positions.
