The committee's action followed review of a graph provided by Chair Scott Matley comparing the former Administrator/CFO total cost ($139,460.00) with a recommended contractual compensation package of $139,460.00 that would not include county benefits. Hill also noted upcoming negotiations with county employees/unions and that comparison counties will be used in that process. No formal hiring decision or final pay determination was made at the May 28 meeting.
