Staff reports drainage issues, roof replacement and resurfacing plans for 2026

A borough staff member reported storm-related damage that prompted an inspection of a drainage easement pipe at Spruce and 95 Greta. "The drainage pipe is undersized and causing localized flooding during heavy storms," the staff member said; the borough has retained a vendor to TV-inspect the line as an initial investigation.
The staff member also described planned infrastructure projects: proposals for engineering services related to the 2026 road resurfacing program and the NJDOT Lincoln Boulevard Phase 1 improvement project are on the agenda and expected to be put out to bid. He said the DPW roof replacement is funded through the 2026 capital plan and is within available funding.
