Engineer outlines three upgrade scenarios for Drainage District 4, with highest estimate near $3.9M

At the June 24 hearing, Drainage Engineer Tyler Conley of Bolton & Menk presented the district's current drainage performance and three potential upgrade scenarios.
Conley said the district now has a drainage coefficient of 0.15 inch per day and described three options to increase that rate. He provided dollar estimates for each option and said the new system would be designed for a two-year, 48-hour storm. "The district currently has a drainage coeƯicient of .15 inch that can be drained in a day," Conley said, and listed the three cost estimates for trustee review.
