Chair Ralph Rautner told the board that artist Natalia Pulido's mural is nearing installation and that the board should plan for a modest public unveiling when the work is ready.
Board members then discussed whether to meet in early December. Given conflicts on Dec. 4 and Dec. 11 (the chamber event and a council budget session, respectively), the board agreed to hold a regular meeting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4 and to include an agenda item to review the bulletin project completion report and options for next steps or recouping funds.
Rautner noted the meeting timing is intended to accommodate members who may also attend other community events and allow the board to finalize late-cycle grant business.
