Mrs. Stromberg moved and Mrs. Gunnink seconded to open at 6:27 p.m., and Mr. Bartlett moved and Mrs. Gunnink seconded to close executive session at 7:29 p.m.
Following the closed session the board approved Special Meeting and Closed Session minutes dated Oct. 16, Oct. 18, Oct. 23 and Oct. 25, 2024. Mr. Hall moved and Mrs. Rhyner seconded the motion, which passed by roll call (all ayes). The minutes do not disclose the content of personnel discussions, consistent with statutory confidentiality.
