Sheffield special board meeting opens, records quorum and adjourns in under five minutes

The Village of Sheffield Board special meeting began at 6:30 p.m. when President Mary Lanham determined a quorum was present and asked Ries (remotely) to call the roll. Present were trustees Adams, Corwin, DeVoss and Yepsen; trustees Price and Pratt were absent.
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited. President Lanham noted there were no registered public commenters and moved directly to agenda business. After approving Resolution R2024-08-29-01 by roll-call vote, Trustee Yepsen moved to adjourn the meeting at 6:34 p.m.; Trustee Adams seconded and the motion carried 4-0. The special meeting lasted approximately four minutes from call to adjournment.
