Board to expand outreach after low attendance at library events; annual report praised

Members agreed to reconvene the annual report subcommittee, aim for greater coordination and to email outreach suggestions to staff member Michael for consolidation.
The board set a quarterly meeting cadence and asked members to send outreach ideas to Michael in HR so the county can coordinate materials and event participation.
