O’Brien County approves three resolutions to join opioid settlement agreements

(Mylan); Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Inc.; Zydus Pharmaceuticals (USA) Inc.); and Resolution No. 2025-35 approves settlement agreements with numerous Purdue-related entities and affiliates as enumerated in the minutes.

The resolutions authorize O’Brien County’s participation in the county-level settlement framework against certain manufacturers, distributors and retailers of opioid pharmaceuticals and instruct county officials to finalize agreements according to the adopted resolutions.
