The Skokie SD 68 board recorded several approvals during the Nov. 21 meeting: the consent agenda (personnel report, financial documents, policy second readings and the Illinois School Report Card) passed on a roll-call vote; minutes from Oct. 17, 2024 were approved; the board approved contractors and associated bids for the Early Learning Center; and the board adopted the eLearning plan 2024–2027. The 2025–26 school calendar was also approved after an adjustment to parent-teacher conference scheduling.
Motions were moved, seconded and approved by roll call at the meeting. No items listed on the consent agenda were removed. District leaders said they would follow up on several items including communications about the newly adopted eLearning plan and subcontractor BEP/WBE participation for the Early Learning Center contracts.
