Council approves blanket coverage and equipment-breakdown insurance updates

Bravera recommended switching to blanket coverage for the City’s Public Asset Declarations and adding Equipment Breakdown Coverage to provide protection for city buildings against lightning/surge and equipment failures.
The council voted to switch to blanket coverage (motion by Dannielle, second by Niki) and approved Equipment Breakdown Coverage (motion by Mitchell, second by Niki); both motions carried. Maria will continue coordinating with Bravera to implement the policy changes.
