The consent agenda included approval of minutes (Dec. 16, 2025 and Jan. 12, 2026), payment of bills dated Dec. 31, 2025 in the amount of $935,317.37, personnel actions (licensed and non-licensed resignations and hires, leaves of absence), and the second and final readings of numerous policies from the IASB PRESS Issue 120. Among personnel items recorded were the resignation of Dasie Johnson (Assistant Principal @ Edison, effective 06/30/2026), the hiring of Lauren Wild (Special Education Paraprofessional @ Lincoln, effective 01/20/2026), and leave and resignation entries for several staff members listed in the minutes.
The Board also approved the SMPG FY26 application for HVAC work at Edison and Madison as part of the consent agenda. Trustees voted unanimously to approve the consent agenda.
