Board adopts e-learning plan, long-term facilities plan and student handbooks for 2026–27

The Wabasso Public School District Board approved several policy documents and plans for the coming school year during its July 27 meeting. The board approved the district’s e-Learning Plan for 2026–2027, and it adopted the 2028–2037 Long Term Facility Maintenance Plan along with the Statement of Assurances as required by Minnesota statute.
Board members also approved the Kindergarten–4th Grade and Grades 5–12 student handbooks as presented, with Superintendent Tony Aafedt and Principal Matt Captain listed as the presenters and recommending officials. All motions were recorded as carried unanimously in the meeting minutes.
