Councilmember Trepp moved to award the contract; the motion was seconded by Councilmember Wambold and passed on a roll call vote with all five members voting aye. The hearing had opened at 6:20 p.m. and was closed at 6:30 p.m. after no members of the public spoke for or against the project.
The contract award authorizes city staff to proceed with contracting with Peterson Contractors, Inc. for the project at the approved bid price and move forward with construction scheduling and coordination with affected property owners.
