CMS QPP details 2027 self‑nomination window, tool and deadlines

Dr. Daniel Green and other CMS presenters reviewed the self‑nomination workflow in detail and urged early submission. Dr. Green told participants that the 2027 self‑nomination "opens on 07/01/2026" and "does close at 8PM eastern time on September 1," and recommended not waiting until the last minute. Presenters demonstrated how the QPP sign‑in and HARP credentialing flow unlock the self‑nomination form and explained that existing intermediaries may receive a simplified form prepopulated with prior year information.
