Deputy Director Jennifer Sciba presented budget figures for December 2025 through February 2026, reporting a $221,000 operating surplus to date, $4,753,000 expected expenses through June 30, 2027, and $4,802,000 in spending authority. The minutes record that there was a 2026 fund sweep of $575,000; the Executive Director wrote a letter opposing the sweep, "but the funds were taken anyway," per the minutes.
Taylor Shahon presented the April enforcement report, noting the report now breaks violations down by WAC citation. The quarter included two time-consuming complaints; failure to file tax returns was identified as the main complaint type and the "use of the restricted title" was described as trending up. The Board did not enter executive or closed session.
