The Shorewood Citizens’ Advisory Committee convened at 7:00 p.m. Feb. 27 but did not establish a quorum, Trustee Luciano announced during roll call. Only three voting members (Eric Evans and Dawn Damiani) and two alternate voting members (Julie Geyer and Mark Nicpon) were present, so the committee proceeded with discussion rather than formal votes.
Committee members introduced three new residents who joined over the summer — Doug Starasinich, Chris Starasinich and Steve Trubich — and identified several vacancies. Committee members said Sections 1 and 8 need voting members and Sections 4 and 6 need alternate voting members; they agreed to continue discussions and bring recommendations to the village board after further consideration. The committee set the next meeting date for March 27, 2025.
