Panel advances small conservatorship reporting change requiring last-visit date in reports

Leader Otbari explained that S.B. 16-36 makes a minor change to conservatorship reporting: conservators would be required to record the last date they visited the person under conservatorship as part of their report and recommendations.
"All this will do... it will require them to put the last date that they went to see the person they have conservatorship over in their report," Otbari said. Committee members moved the bill forward with an 8-0 vote; no further questions were recorded.
