O'Brien County supervisors approve agenda, minutes, permits and adjourn to Oct. 7

The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors met Sept. 30 and approved routine business and several motions recorded in the minutes. Motions included approval of the meeting agenda (moved by Friedrichsen; seconded by McDowell) and the Sept. 23 minutes (moved by Thomas; seconded by McDowell); both passed by unanimous vote.
The minutes also record approval of a tile crossing application for McCarty Custom (moved by Thomas; seconded by Friedrichsen) and a motion to set 2026 health-insurance parameters (moved by Vanden Hull; seconded by Friedrichsen) that keeps premiums the same while increasing deductibles. The board then 'Moved by McDowell, seconded by Thomas to adjourn to October 7, 2025.' Each motion is recorded in the minutes as 'Motion carried by all ayes.'
