The City Council approved several non-controversial items on May 6. Council unanimously approved a resolution to rename RiverLands Park (Item 25-022) and approved the purchase of a rescue watercraft for the fire department (Item 25-023).
Council also established an estimated 2025 millage rollback rate of 8.1 (Item 25-025) by unanimous vote. The minutes record motions and seconders for each item and note unanimous approval where indicated.
All three items were recorded as carrying unanimously in the meeting minutes. The special-use permit for a gas station (Item 25-024) was a first reading and no action was taken during this meeting.
