Green Island IDA approves minutes, audit of claims and time-sensitive financial letters

The board approved minutes from Jan. 22, accepted the audit of claims for Jan. 10–Mar. 17 and accepted financial statements for January–February 2025. Members also ratified time-sensitive authorizations allowing the chair and CFO to sign BST engagement/representation letters required for submission to the ABO.
The Green Island Industrial Development Agency approved routine consent items including minutes from the Jan. 22, 2025 meeting, the audit of claims for Jan. 10–Mar. 17 and the January–February 2025 financial statements. Each item was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote, the chair said.
The chair described the audit and claims packet as routine: "I looked it over and it was routine." Members also ratified two time-sensitive authorizations related to BST: authorizing the chair to sign the BST engagement letter and authorizing the CFO to sign the BST representation letter for fiscal year ending 2024 so documents could be submitted to the ABO by March 31, the chair said.
