Council formalizes name "New Riverlands Park" for recently developed site

Chair moved and council seconded the adoption; the motion carried unanimously.
The renaming matches existing on-site signs and places the park within a larger river-corridor branding and partnership effort, staff said. The decision is administrative and requires updating city references and signage.
