Council continues Centennial 8 replat B hearing to Sept. 1

The council opened the public hearing for Resolution 72, Series 2026, concerning Centennial 8 replat B (a minor subdivision to combine 1006 and 1008 Honeysuckle Lane) and, at staff request, continued the hearing to Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026 at 6 p.m. Staff said additional time was needed to work with the applicant on an identified PUD design standard that could apply to the request.
There was no substantive public comment during that item and the council voted to continue the hearing so the applicant and staff can resolve the issue before returning to council.
