Council appoints historic and parks commissioners; planning & zoning appointments pass 3-2

Council appointed Doug Cloud, Christine Gallagher, Charles Hayes, John Crespo, Will Duncan, Laurie Searle and Reginald Wilborn Jr. to the Planning & Zoning Commission. Councilmembers Foster, Lowe and Peek voted in favor; Councilmembers Schmidt and Lightsey voted against the appointments.
