Applicant representatives said the access road has been cleared but the gravel drive has not been installed, and that they are finalizing a stormwater plan with the Town Engineer. Commissioners asked that the design reduce parking closest to the 50‑foot resource area and requested a finalized SWM approval before further action. Abutting landowner Collin Caldwell (National Resource Trust) noted existing trails and raised questions about field drainage and previously reported vernal pools; staff said Natural Heritage had flagged earlier vernal‑pool reports as incorrect after a full study. The commission continued the hearing to June 29 to receive the Town Engineer's SWM approval and additional revisions; the continuation passed unanimously, 5–0 (MacDonald/Hedlund).
