Commission hears support for reappointments to DUI Task Force and Greenway Service District board

County Attorney Morgan Smith told commissioners that Keith Lopez has served on the DUI Task Force for about a year and a half and that Lopez fills an important appointed position on the panel; she said Lopez has been an asset and supports his reappointment.
"As a member of the Task Force, Keith fills one of the valuables which is having an appointed LAC on the Task Force, and having gotten to serve with Keith for the last year and a half, he is an asset to the Task Force and I am glad he wants to continue to remain on," CA Morgan Smith said. Chairman Kevin Hart opened the floor for public comment; none was offered. The item was placed on a future agenda.
Commissioner Ed Beaudette said he supports Planning Director Carl Hamming's reappointment to the Greenway Service District Authority Board, noting Hamming's familiarity with the county permit system and potential future work in Deer Lodge County. That item was also placed on a future agenda for formal consideration.
