President Gary Spilde opened the Nov. 3 special meeting at 6:02 p.m. and a roll call recorded Trustees Timothy Calkins and Brad Hudson as present in person and Trustee Kenneth Greenwood participating remotely; Trustee Peter Lehmann was absent. The minutes list Anastasia Stueber as Administrator and Clerk-Treasurer.
On a motion by Spilde, seconded by Hudson, the board voted by roll call to convene into closed session under Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for the purpose of considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of a public employee; the motion passed with Spilde, Calkins and Hudson voting yes and the board entered closed session at 6:03 p.m. The board reconvened to open session at 6:58 p.m. on a motion by Trustee Brad Hudson, seconded by Trustee Timothy Calkins, and adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
