The Green Island Village Board approved a series of routine consent and administrative items. Trustees voted to approve the Nov. 18 minutes, accepted the police activity report and the fire department report, accepted the treasurer's monthly 'multi report' and approved routine adjustments to water and sewer billing and the parking violation bureau report.
A motion to pay the bills was made and briefly held for clarification about an infrastructure/water study line item; after clarification the board moved forward with the financial approvals. The Chair said the items were routine and the motions carried by voice vote.
