Council creates Library Special Projects Fund 134 to receive Foundation gift

Councilor Davis moved to create Fund 134 and adopt the supplemental budget; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call. Spence noted the separate fund will also be useful to track small grants and future donations earmarked for library projects.
