Selectmen set Oct. 28 workshop after receiving four town mapping bids

The board opened and recorded four bids for town mapping and noted that RCS Assessment (the revaluation bidder) said it could include mapping services. Sebago Technics submitted the lowest base bid at $8,000; Viewshed Landscape Architect bid $10,710; Dirigo Spatial Systems bid $10,998; and CAI Technologies bid $17,000. A workshop to review all bids will be held Oct. 28, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
Selectmen also discussed the possibility of including mapping as part of the revaluation contract; the board will review both mapping bids and the revaluation approach at the Oct. 28 workshop before making a final selection.
