The board reviewed a draft bid sheet for erosion repair on the Main Street hill and approved sending the job out to bid with proposals due Sept. 19 (motion by Timothy Derouche; second Matthew Patneaude; vote 3-0).
Members also asked staff to consult the Maine Department of Transportation about what the town may do where private roads have multiple owners, and to ask property owners to remove rocks blocking a beach right-of-way. The actions put procurement steps in motion and flagged signage and access issues for follow-up.
