The Town of Roxbury Board of Selectmen met Sept. 9, 2025, and took several routine actions, approving the August 26, 2025 minutes and accepting a warrant for an upcoming Special Town Meeting. Selectman Ray Hodsdon moved to approve the minutes; Selectman Matthew Patneaude seconded and the board voted 2-0 to adopt the minutes.
The board also voted 2-0 to authorize 'Renee' to sign the 2025 audit engagement letter so auditors may begin work, and separately signed Warrant #17 in the amount of $12,384.35. The Special Town Meeting warrant was accepted by motion of Matthew Patneaude, seconded by Ray Hodsdon, with a 2-0 vote. No roll-call dissent was recorded in the minutes.
