The roll‑call vote passed with six Yeas and one absent (Dontz). The EGLE grant agreement included a stated grant amount of $150,000 and a project period through Dec. 31, 2026 as presented in the grant documents.
The board also approved a separate contract for professional services with Mead & Hunt to support grant administration and contractor selection for the AFFF removal work. "There was a motion by Ms. Goodman, supported by Mr. Becker to approve the Contract for Professional Services related to the EGLE grant with Mead & Hunt and authorize the Airport Director to sign," the record shows. The contracting motion passed by roll call (Yeas: 6; Absent: 1). Mead & Hunt’s scope includes preparing an RFP, assisting selection, coordinating with EGLE and oversight of post‑work sampling and final reporting.
