Roxbury selects Mowatt Paving for Main Street shoulder erosion repair at $28,877.50

An initial motion to select Swasey failed 0-3; Selectman Timothy Derouche then moved to award the project to Mowatt pending budget availability, and the motion passed unanimously. The board flagged budget review as the next procedural step before contracting.
