Facilities staff reported progress across district sites and previewed the phase 3 bond work for board approval. "Tonight on the agenda for board approval is the bid award for phase 3, the start of phase 3 of the bond work, which includes the repaving of the parking lots and walkways of the high school campus, Carriage, and Thayer House. The work will be scheduled to start the week after graduation," the facilities representative said.
The update also noted a new athletic shed near the high‑school softball field for equipment storage, a repaired projector in the auditorium, asphalt patching at the middle school exit, tree removal near the middle school east entrance and Carriage House, and repaving near the nurse pod at Gribbon after a pipe issue. The roof replacement at Thayer House was described as completed with contractors addressing remaining small areas, and windows and siding work due to begin in the coming weeks. The facilities presenter tied some projects to the capital reserve proposition approved in May 2024.
