Kingman council appoints William Davis to Airport and Industrial Park Advisory Commission

The Kingman City Council voted to appoint William (Will) Davis to the Airport and Industrial Park Advisory Commission to fill a partial term beginning August 2026 and ending Dec. 31, 2028. The council recessed to executive session to review applications and then returned to nominate and confirm Davis by voice vote.
Mayor Watkins thanked all applicants and encouraged those not selected to reapply for future vacancies. Council members noted residency and voter-registration requirements were verified before the nomination. "We truly appreciate that they're willing to serve," the mayor said when introducing the application period and candidate list. The council indicated additional commission openings will be available in December and urged interested residents to apply.
