Authority members request workshop after learning there were no 2024 transactions

Staff (Speaker 4, Alfredo) recommended that the clerk set up a meeting "at the pleasure of the board and have the city attorney present and provide them with their legal obligations." Chair (Speaker 2) agreed to arrange the meeting with the city attorney, city manager and Alfredo and said, "I'll send an email within the next week" to schedule it.
The training request followed staff reporting that the authority had no transactions in 2024; members said a clearer understanding of statutory responsibilities and past practice would help them fulfill their roles.
