The board recorded the vote as: "Rod Cleveland, yes; Jacob McHughes, yes; Rusty Grissom, yes. Motion carried." The meeting record states the agenda had been posted June 30, 2025 at 1:30 p.m.
The consent action allows county departments to use pre-authorized blanket purchase orders and submit routine claims as the new fiscal year begins July 1. No public comments were made during the brief meeting, and the board adjourned at 2:03 p.m.
