Commissioners approve multiple construction change orders including detention center roof increase

Other approved changes included a $2,389.50 adjustment to the Airport crack-fill/restripe work (Design Construction) and a $7,150 reduction for Halme, Inc. related to the Pronghorn Industrial sanitary sewer lift station after specifying a lined precast concrete wet well instead of the originally listed FPR wet well.
