The Town of Kirtland Town Council unanimously approved the July 8, 2026 meeting agenda with the removal of an Old Business item requested by the Chamber, and the council passed the consent agenda, which included the June 24, 2026 meeting minutes and the June 2026 financial report.
Councilor Miltier questioned why Living Water Stewardship was charged $16,875 when the contract rate is $15,000. Clerk Jonathan LaMone explained the difference was due to tax: "Government Gross Receipt tax," he said. Councilor Bounds moved to approve the consent agenda and Councilor Miltier seconded; the voice vote passed unanimously.
