Commissioners emphasized they wanted numbers at hand: the prior development performance, the role of AMI increases on targets, and whether recent growth in housing supply offsets new allocations. "I don't have those numbers at the tip of my fingers here...but that is certainly something that we can follow‑up on," Curry said. Staff and consultants committed to provide the requested datapackets at the August briefing.
