Chairman Rod Cleveland described items D1–D12 as routine, saying "items, D1 - D12 are Consent Items and are routine in nature." The approved items include a Nearmap 3D Viewer renewal for $10,127.55; BNB Tech quotes for cable‑drop and fiber work for the Election Board and Fairgrounds totaling $38,374.87; generator maintenance agreements for $3,848.00 and $4,968.00; and IT and alert‑system renewals, among others.
The board also approved a series of health‑department contracts to support county farm markets and programming, including a $9,000 ARPA Power of Produce (POP) Club requisition and individual service agreements at hourly rates for market setup and entertainment. County IT purchases included ten hours of Ascend Technologies support at $150 per hour and renewal of the IRIS alert‑system for $582.00 annually. The consent docket included routine reports to review and audit blanket purchase orders, maintenance and operations claims, and personnel payroll items for the pay period ending June 30, 2025.
Commissioner Rusty Grissom moved to approve the consent items with Item 8(b) pulled; the motion passed unanimously.
