After discussion the board tabled the item so legal can review the revised documents before they are distributed to leaseholders. Ms. Besel said she is concerned legal may not have sufficient time to review before the leases expire and she suggested a June 10 Teams meeting so board members can examine changes and forward the documents promptly to legal and, afterward, to leaseholders.
