Fair Board accepts Prime Rib for food, Grinners for alcohol at 2026 Fair

The Campbell County Fair Board voted May 19 to award the food concession to Prime Rib Restaurant and to award alcohol service to Grinners for the 2026 Fair. The Board considered bids from Pokey’s BBQ for both food and alcohol; after motions and seconds the Board approved Prime Rib for food and Grinners for alcohol.
Stephanie Styvar presented the competing bids. Marilyn Christensen moved to accept the Prime Rib Restaurant food bid and Sabrina Jafek seconded; the motion passed. Jason Sinner moved to accept the Grinners alcohol bid and Myles Haugen seconded; the motion passed. The minutes do not record contract dollar amounts or specific service conditions.
