The Wagoner County Board of Adjustment convened at 6:00 PM on June 30, 2026, at the Wagoner Civic Center. The board approved the May 26, 2026 minutes on a motion by Mark Parette with a second from Jason Howard; roll call recorded Dan David, Mark Parette and Jason Howard voting YES and Joel Fischer and Monica Medley absent.
The board then considered two separate lot-width variance requests—VAR-11-2026 for 11435 S. 252nd E. Ave., Broken Arrow (applicant: Randall Cheatwood Revocable Trust), and VAR-12-2026 for 11520 S. 257th E. Ave., Coweta (applicant: Brian Poplin). Both motions to approve passed by 3-0 roll-call votes; each vote recorded the same three affirmative members and two absences. Commissioner Mark Parette moved to adjourn, Jason Howard seconded, and the meeting ended at 6:09 PM.
